Many older testing devices still use conventional lightbulbs with filament. They are relatively expensive to buy and do not perform in the way that is required. Upgrade your testing device with a 3R-LED and increase your measuring precision. Measuring the indent will become much easier with a clear illumination and sharp contrast.
